The progress and success of each backup job is also monitored for success and will alert interested parties if a problem occurs. In addition, all OASys Protect packages include remote assistance with data restore events. Plans start at $250/month PROTECT PREMIER™ Protect Premier builds on Protect Basic by adding nightly replication of your data to Aztec's MSC and can also include remote monitoring of other critical devices such as servers, network appliances, and key applications such as SQL databases or MS-Exchange. PROTECT PREMIER™ Protect Enterprise is an advanced solution which includes a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the event that a critical enterprise application such as Dynamics GP, SL, NAV, or CRM fails. When invoked, Aztec's team of knowledgeable application consultants work closely with our infrastructure systems engineers to bring your enterprise application back on line using the most recently archived data backup in Aztec's MSC and other necessary components which are on standby in the MSC.
