OVERVIEW
Aztec's Office Anywhere System (OASys®) is a high-availability managed services platform delivered from our SAS70 certified data center located in the Dallas INFOMART. OASys allows for the hosted delivery of your critical business automation applications such as financial systems, ecommerce, databases as well as core applications such as email and MS-Office. Inherent in an OASys-delivered computing experience are mobility, security, scalability, disaster recovery, and 24x7 support.


The Move-to-Managed (M2M) Program is designed to offer a very smooth transition for those companies who desire the benefits of Aztec's OASys® model but have significant investment in their Microsoft Dynamics and platform software licenses.

    M2M FEATURES
  • Transition of your Dynamics system into Aztec's OASys model1 – No upfront costs.
  • All hot fixes, service packs, and version upgrades as they are released and tested.
  • Up to 2 hours per month of included reactive support and 1 hour guaranteed response time on all emergency support incidents2.
  • Aztec's Tablature® document imaging system including remote batch scanning, for all Dynamics users3.
  • OASys® performance guarantee of 100% platform uptime.
  • Private-branded MS-Sharepoint collaboration portal for your Dynamics users.
  • Use of Aztec's BridgePoint Application Connector4 which can integrate Dynamics ERP system with Dynamics CRM or other applications
  • Access to monthly on-line Dynamics training events.
  • Access to Aztec's custom report library.
  • Annual half day analysis and performance review of your Dynamics system.


FEES
The fees for the M2M program depend on the number of Dynamics users, number of integrated applications, size and number of databases, and the complexion of any 3rd party applications required. Additionally, it will vary as user-based subscription licenses are added or reduced. If you have less than 25 Dynamics users, own all of the required Dynamics and other client software, and employ a straight forward Dynamics ERP configuration, your monthly fees may be as low as $1500 per month.








1. Customer must remain license compliant with all software client licenses including Dynamics and MS-Office. Annual software maintenance    agreements must remain in full force for those licenses owned by customer which fees will remain the responsibility of Customer.   2. During Business Hours. Additional support available if needed.   3. Scanning hardware not included.   4. BridgePoint Application Connector™ may require professional services for integration and all integrated applications must be hosted in the MSC.   5. Other software publisher's licenses may be required.   6. Consulting services, customizations, report writing, and software development not included.
