Cancellation Policy

• A 100% Refund is available for cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the start of the scheduled class.
• A 50% Refund is available for cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the start of the scheduled class.
• No Refund is available for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the start of the scheduled class.

Rescheduling Policy

• There is no charge for rescheduled a class if arrangements are made 15 or more days prior to the start of the originally scheduled class.
• There is a 50% charge for rescheduling a class if arrangements are made 14 or less days prior to the start of the originally scheduled class.

Additional Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy Requirements

• To cancel or reschedule a class you must contact Aztec Systems directly at AztecUniv@aztecsystems.com or call (972) 484-3060.
• Substitutions for enrolled registrants may be made at any time at no charge. Aztec Systems must be notified of any substitutions.
• If you fail to attend the training class and do not notify Aztec Systems in advance of the training class, your entire fee will be forfeited.
• Aztec Systems reserves the right to cancel training classes. Registrants will be notified accordingly.
• The booking of discounted airline flights subject to excess penalties in the event of cancellation is not recommended. We typically make the decision to cancel a class 14 days prior to the class date.
• Aztec Systems is not liable for airfare, hotel reservations, or other travel related expenses, or any cancellation penalties, due to the cancellation of a training class
