Aztec's Corporate Technology Support Agreement
(CTSA) provides regular on-site systems engineering as well as after-hours
assistance when needed and is offered in either a Silver or Gold package. A CTSA
allows for enhanced management and support of a company's entire network
infrastructure. CTSA's are sold in 4-hour units. Each unit constitutes a
regularly scheduled on-site visit from one of Aztec's certified systems
engineers. With each visit, an extensive list of preventative maintenance and
administrative tasks are performed.
