Bradley W. Bauer is Director of Innovation Services Research & Development at Aztec Systems, Inc. Mr. Bauer manages the design and development of applications and large scale web development. Mr. Bauer has spent the last 20 years as the technical lead in building several technology based companies.

Prior to joining Aztec Systems, Inc., Mr. Bauer was a co-founder of Critical Devices where he served as VP of R&D, Mr. Bauer was responsible for the design and development of CDI's Asset Services Management technology, for which he has been awarded four U.S. Patents.

Prior to joining CDI, Mr. Bauer was co-founder, VP and Chief Technical Officer at Zane Interactive Publishing, Inc. where he formed and managed the Software Engineering/R&D, Information Services and Technical Support Departments.

Prior to Zane Interactive Publishing, Mr. Bauer was the co-founder and Vice President of R&D at Systems Integration and Analysis, (SIA). While at SIA he developed one of the first algorithms capable of software only playback of full motion digital video, and directed and participated in the development of one of the first Windows based multimedia-authoring systems incorporating full motion digital video.

Prior to SIA, Mr. Bauer was VP of Product Development at Automation Technologies Inc. where he led the development of successful sales and lead tracking system, and the first DOS-based menu system that supported task switching.

Mr. Bauer attended the University of Utah where he majored in computer science and electrical engineering.
